- Ask questions using standard English or natural text to interact with the system.
We use this application to manage shopping lists, assign to-do tasks to family members, and answer basic questions about our family planning.
Message Handling and Compliance
We strictly adhere to the following principles to ensure compliance with U.S. regulations and Twilio's guidelines:
- Proactive SMS: Our system does not send unsolicited or proactive SMS messages. All responses are initiated by the user's SMS queries.
- Delayed Responses: Due to timeout limitations, our responses are not immediate. Once ChatGPT finalizes an answer, the system sends the response, ensuring quality and accuracy.
Opt-In and Opt-Out Policies
In compliance with regulatory requirements, we provide an easy mechanism for managing participation:
- Opt-In: Users can start using the service by sending START to our number. Consent is logged for compliance.
- Opt-Out: Users can stop receiving messages anytime by sending STOP. This is processed immediately, and no further messages will be sent unless the user opts in again.
